Another very hot and muggy day
But we did have a spot of rain this evening -
Well, perhaps 40 spots
Enough to freshen the air so that the scent of the lily
Graces the garden.

We have had a few more than 40 drops of rain and the knats are biting hard. I had just finished watering the garden as well!

Stunning photo. The cat has just come back in with a damp coat. So I think we only had about 40 spots of rain as well. She has started laying on the dining table. Probably cooler than the couch. Maybe I should try it!
