Do Sheep get Cold Toes?

sheep

It is cold, grey and wet with a biting wind here to-day, and as I was driving home, I wondered “Do sheep feel the cold and don’t their feet get very chilly?”

For sheep to get cold, the weather has to be really b-a-a-a-d!

Unfortunatly for the sheep, the paparazzi included a dog, (who I hasten to say is very well behaved with sheep), so perhaps that is why they look a little shocked.

  8. I’m sure those wool coats keep them toasty, but I never thought much about their feet! 🙂
