Gales to-night?

scaffolding

Now the scaffolding has moved from our house to next door’s house, I have put my bench back in its rightful place overlooking the garden.

When the wind blows, the scaffolding sings – to night Gales of up to 75 mph are predicted, so I am expecting an opera.

  2. Yes, I’m glad your roof is finished. I love the sound of the wind whipping around corners and crevices. 🙂

  3. Thunder and lightening I can take but I don’t like strong winds. My imagination has bits of the house flying off into the sky.
Just started to get windy here I notice…eeek!

We had a huge storm this side of the bay late this afternoon. The front came off my gas meter cupboard. Got soaked when I went to rescue it. Hopefully that was it. Wish the builder would come and mend the water feature in my bedroom!! Hope the new roof does it’s job. Will be a good test for it I guess.
