Evening Light


It is 5.45 pm and there is still some light in the sky.

The evenings are starting to draw out.

  1. It is indeed lovely. Light evenings can really lift the spirits. Oh I think the word ‘Summer’ just passed across my consciousness. I’d better calm down!

  2. LOL, easygardener. 🙂 It is true — you can see a definite difference in the length of the days/daylight now. And the sun rises and sets in a slightly different place as well. Spring can’t be far behind. Lovely photo.

  8. I hear you on the longer evenings. From my birthday (23 Dec), I start chanting, “the days are getting longer, the days are getting longer….” and what do you know but seven weeks later, it’s really noticeable! 🙂
