In the garden that I was working in today –
This azalea added a splash of colour
To a grey and windy afternoon.

Love that bright pink. Oddly enough the only Azalea I’ve ever been able to grow in the garden was a cheapo pot plant from years ago – why it should cope with the soil when others can’t is a mystery.

Hi Sue, EG, P and Dobby, and thanks for taking the time to comment … I enjoy seeing these very bright azaleas around the place – and I really don’t know if I want one in my garden – they do well around here (they like rain 🙂 )
I would like to get the yellow azalea that smells so divine at this time of year – it may be my favorite scented shrub
