Taking time to really look

Somehow this year

I have forgotten to take “time out” to look

But have spent to much time being busy.

  1. That Allium must know a thing or two about packing a suitcase. My garden is going its own way – I’m just doodling around the edges this year. I’m blaming the new fence for upsetting my timetable!

This is beautiful. Just like spring-bursting out.

It sometimes amazes me the size of the flower that comes out of the bud.

What colour is it going to be white? Or are they always just white. It shows I know nothing about gardening.

And on the flip side I spend so much time looking that nothing ever gets done!

I would much rather be busy than procrastinating and wondering why everyone else seems to have so much more in their gardens 🙂

  6. Hi karen – I wonder if you have been so busy in your garden that you have not had time to ‘look’ since May. I love your images – they make a big statement in so few words – all that detail (down to the spiders web in this image) More please
